Senior Regulatory Affairs Expert
Your position within the organizationYou will be part of our Regulatory Affairs (RA) team, located in Delden. The department consists of a Regulatory Manager and 3 experts. Within the company, you will be working closely with other RA colleagues around Europe.
Responsibility areas/Core tasks
Responsibilities:As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you are responsible for further development and compliance with regulations and product safety within our company:
- Support in the planning, organizing and operation of an integral system for regulatory affairs and product safety in consultation with other relevant internal departments;
- Monitoring and implementing legal and regulatory developments in the field of environment, health, safety and product registration and sustainability;
- Classifying and labelling, registration of products used in a wide range of industries;
- Maintaining contact with stakeholders such as trade associations, service providers, professional associations, official bodies and answer internal and external enquiries;
- Assisting our other European companies in the area of global-REACH and other RA-activities;
- You will be participating in different REACH-consortia linked to our chemistry;
- Preparing and coordinating of upcoming legalization of the registration of Polymers under EU-REACH for the different EU-entities;
What we offer
- Working at KLK Kolb means working in an informal organization. The primary and secondary conditions are:
- Salary between € 5500,- and € 6500,- gross on a monthly basis (based on full-time, depending on knowledge and experience);
- We have our own CAO (KLK Kolb Specialties B.V.);
- An extra month salary;
- 25 vacation days and 11,5 working time reduction days;
- Vacation pay 8,33%;
- Good pension plan;
